Carb Reminder

YOU KNOW that carbohydrates are transformed into energy, providing you the fuel to get through an active day and a tough workout. But you don’t need any extra energy to power you through a good nights sleep. With this in mind, try to eat most of your daily carbs for breakfast and lunch, and gradually decrease your carb intake as the day progresses. Skip the starchy carbs (broad, rice, pasta potatoes) altogether at dinner; opt instead for some lean protein and fibrous vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, lettuce and asparagus.
